VProviding workshops for the
Church Leaders' Convocation held in February at Trinity UCC, Canton.

VPromoting The New Century Hymnal
which can be a good worship resource
if a church is not ready to purchase new hymnals.

VPromoting new curriculum resources
Word Among Us, Created in God's Image and Journey thru the Bible.
Workshop leaders are available to provide training if needed.

VThe Spiritual Growth Working Group promotes
a variety of events and retreats. It offers various workshops
that can be held at local churches.
A brochure of course listings is available.

VPlanning a Junior High Fall Rally
for the first Saturday of November each year.

VPlanning a Fall High School Youth Event
for November at one of the Ohio camps.

VOffering financial scholarships to EOA youth
for Ohio Conference and other approved youth events.

VProviding a Confirmation Camp at Pilgrim Hills.

VProviding Teacher Training and Support to local churches
upon request or as a special event.

VLeadership of the Christian Educators' Support Group
which meets regularly throughout the year.

VLiaison with Partners in Ministry, Division of Outdoor Ministries
and the EOA Council.

The department usually meets 5 times a year from September to May.
